1. What is your class schedule and how does it work?

We've got a lot of flexibility in our schedule and you're NOT locked into any one time. Just book the sessions you want using our handy-dandy scheduling app. Here's our schedule:  

  • 5:45 am, Monday - Friday
  • 7:00 am, Monday - Friday
  • 9:00 am, Monday - Friday
  • 10:15 am, Monday - Friday
  • 4:30 pm, Monday - Thursday
  • 5:45 pm, Monday - Thursday
  • Saturday - 7:30 am & 8:30 am  

You will also have access to our Yoga schedule. We have a dozen classes spread throughout the week. :-)

2. Will I be able to keep up?

This is a common question from people who haven’t worked out in a really long time…or ever. The answer is, absolutely. Even though we train in a group setting, we individualize each session to make it work for you. Check out this video featuring one of our clients who came to us concerned about training with MS:  

3. Will the workouts be hard enough for me?

On the flip side, we also get this concern from people who are already pretty fit. The answer is YES!  


Your exercises will be more advanced than our beginners and/or you’ll use heavier external loads (weights, bands, body angles, etc.). I’ve often jumped into these sessions myself to get a great workout. :-)

4. Will I have to follow a terrible diet?

Absolutely not!  

Our approach to nutrition is "Just Eat Real Food." We provide you with a ton of education and support. Plus, you're going to receive a cookbook with DELICOUS RECIPES. :-)

5. What kind of additional support will I receive?

Another very important consideration.
